Jump up using one leg and land onto the box.

Stand in front of a box or platform with your feet spaced at approximately hip width apart and have a slight bend in the knees.
Start by lowering down and swinging your arms back for momentum, then explosively jump up and forward onto the box with one leg. Gently land on the box with the balls of your feet first and knees bent, then step down to the start position. As you jump bring your knees up towards the chest. Repeat for the desired repetitions.
